Here at CGR you can be sure that if it has to do with Cincinnati centerless grinders we can be of service.  We specialize in the rebuilding, repairing, and retrofitting of Cincinnati centerless grinders.  We carry a complete line of new and used parts for your grinder.  We also stock rebuilt sub-assemblies such as dressers, transmissions and spindle heads that are sold on exchange.  And, of course, our expert technicians are on call to service your grinders in your plant. 

We also have a wealth of practical grinding experience.  Our parent company, Aero Grinding Inc., has 70 Cincinnati centerless grinders currently in production.  Most of these grinders have our servo control package and all of them passed through CGR on the way to the production floor.  Having this production side to the company gives us experience in centerless grinding that few if any can match.
 

  

By utilizing the hardest ceramic coatings and the highest quality bearings, hand-scraped to every spindle, we can provide a grinder that will give years of trouble free precision performance.

With surface grinders ranging from an 8”x24” to 30”x72” with a custom dovetail grinding attachment, we can assure ultra-precise dresser and slide assemblies.  A machine that has been stripped to the bare casting, completely rebuilt by our skilled technicians and retrofitted with our Servo Grinder Control System is capable of meeting the highest quality standards.  Additionally, retrofitting can include thrufeed stepping controls, diamond roll dressing and infeed/thrufeed automation.
