Centerless Grinder Repair recognizes the devastating effects of machinery down-time. Many of our clients depend on our Component Exchange program. We strive to use the original castings, bases, and housings as appropriate on our refurbished components. Then, we add new – to OEM Specs – parts that are manufactured just down the road (we have had a relationship with our trusted supplier since the late 1970s). We finish each project with new seals, gaskets, and bearings.
After collecting as much information about your component (grinder’s serial number, grinder type, component size, part number, etc.) as possible, contact our office to have an “off-the-shelf” component shipped to you. After you receive the component, you have thirty days to ship your old one to us. Not only does this reduce down-time, it is more efficient in regards to hoists, cranes, and forklifts disrupting the surrounding area only once, instead of twice.
We will ship a component to your facility with the appropriate packaging (box, skid, etc.). You need only return your component with the same packaging. Centerless Grinder Repair will ship using your preferred carrier, or we can recommend one for you. The shipping charges are added to your final invoice (at actual cost).
